quickly tell you, we screen candidates carefully. This benefits

Application Process
We make sure each person is qualified
by utilizing a thorough application process, which includes:

- Resume preview
- Application
- Face-to-face interview
- Assessments
- Background/drug test

Pre-employment orientation
Both employers and employees love it
when there are clear explanations of work information prior to the first
day of employment. That's why we provide pre-employment orientation that
is second to none. This includes:
- Employer and site overview
- Job description
- Benefit and policy handbook
- Safety training
- Payroll processing review
- We make sure employees are ready
to start on day one!
Of course, we will add to our
orientation process whatever additions you may require to ensure a
smooth transition into the work environment. For us, special requests
are not exceptions. They're a normal part of everyday customer
service.
